DIANNA GOODWIN

Dianna has a broad range of in-house and private practice legal experience having worked at Tokio Marine HCC (Singapore), Clifford Chance (London, Moscow, Warsaw), Bell Gully (Auckland) and Tompkins Wake (Hamilton). In addition, she has also lived in Dubai and Canada.
A client focused, solutions-oriented lawyer, Dianna's experience has included underwriting transaction risk insurance in relation to a broad range of high value and at times complex commercial transactions in the Asia Pacific region. She has also worked in private legal practice on a diverse range of M&A, corporate real estate, and real estate financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions. In addition, Dianna's pro-bono community involvement has extended to sitting on the board of trustees of a large international school and to providing commercial advice to beneficiaries of a British Registered Charity.
Dianna is admitted as a solicitor in England, Wales and New Zealand, and presently acts in an inhouse general counsel role within the Watiga group of companies.
Dianna's mother tongue is English. She also speaks conversational Russian.
