Specifically, Mikhail's experience in commercial litigation has involved high-value, high-complexity commercial claims, and also multi-jurisdictional, cross-border private client work. During his time in private practice, Mikhail also had the opportunity to represent clients in company-related matters, such as shareholder disputes.

 

Mikhail graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws.
