An experienced lawyer, Tan Ter Yee has over 30 years of experience in conveyancing and real estate from her role as Director and head of Real Estate at AbrahamLow LLC. Her expertise in real estate ranges from sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, leasing and to securitisation and financing.
Specifically, Ter Yee is adept in handling complicated issues arising out of matrimonial, estate and trust matters, as well as legislative changes. Ter Yee is also experienced in assisting clients with estate planning, advising on wills and succession matters. Ter Yee is also a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.
Her clientele is wide-ranging, from the high net-worth individuals to general retail clients. She also acts for many local and international financial institutions, statutory boards and small and medium enterprises.
Ter Yee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick and is Barrister at Law (Gray’s Inn).
Ter Yee is admitted to practice as a lawyer in Singapore and is a non-practising member of the English Bar.
